📅 My Journey: Twice and Counting
The first time I did this diet was in August when I weighed a little over 250 pounds. Look, I stayed strong for 28 days, but tomorrow… I’M HAVING A DONUT! 🍩 And a biscuit. And a big cup of coffee. ☕ Because yes, this plan works, but I’m not about to live a life without some indulgence.
🔄 I’m Doing It Again in May… After Cinco de Mayo, Obviously 🌮
The best part is that you can do this plan every 3 months, so after I enjoy all the tacos and margaritas on Cinco de Mayo, I’ll be doing my reset again. 🥳
